No. All language teachers have a Level 1 (Practical) certificate or equivalent. Teacher-trainers have a Level 2 (Professional) certificate or equivalent. Directors of AWAYTOC partner organizations have Level 3 (Mentor) certificates or the equivalent. The International Team all have Master's degrees in TESL, or the equivalent (including a Level 4 AWAYTOC certificate). |
